Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Next Plumbing and Hydronics Supply. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and oversee the release of plumbing and hydronic products for awarded projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Order Management: Analyze and process orders, including shop drawings, revisions, and resubmissions, as well as communicate with customers and account managers to define project timelines and troubleshoot orders.
  • Inventory Management: Continuously update project management job trackers and manage vendor quotes and expiry dates based on project timelines, negotiating extensions when required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating directly with customers and account managers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain project spreadsheets, track transactions, and prepare operation and maintenance manuals for end-users.


Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing or heating products, as well as experience with order entry and PO entry modules within an ERP system.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Soft Skills: Customer service-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
