About the Role

  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
