Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, leveraging market trends and business intelligence to drive growth.
- Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic relationships.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal awareness and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
