Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Process Specialist to join our team at AutoCanada. As an Internal Advisor, you will play a key role in curating the Reconditioning Process for our dealership and valued future customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cosmetically inspect vehicles, recording notes on areas of concern.
  • Prepare work orders for the shop, prepare parts and labour quotes based on requirements and recommendations from certified technicians.
  • Populate vehicle tracker in real-time for visibility for all departments and staff.
  • Organize, schedule and co-ordinate Sublet work needed by outside vendors.
  • Support our Parts and Service Department where necessary as directed and cross trained by Leadership, based off staffing and workload.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year automotive Service Advisor and or Parts Advisor experience required.
  • High level of comprehension and retention.
  • Above average computer skills.
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset.
  • Familiarity with the warranty function in a dealership environment is helpful.
  • A valid Province driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission is required for this role.
