- Requirements Analysis
- Analyze the requirements of our organization to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with our organization's policies and procedures.
- Communication and Problem-Solving
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
The language of work is English.
