Procurement Specialist

Alberta Ltd is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase equipment, materials, and services to meet the needs of our establishment.
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible deals.
- Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
- Establish delivery schedules and contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
