Job Title: Procurement Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase equipment, materials, and services in accordance with established specifications and requirements.
- Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
- Consult with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
- Establish delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any problems or issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
