Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Humans of HR. As a key member of our boutique recruitment agency, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing our HR department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of formulating and upholding HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for addressing employee queries, supervising HRIS systems, and resolving HR concerns.

As a strategic partner, you will propel employee engagement initiatives, coordinate events and activities, and develop and oversee the HR department budget. You will also lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners, and manage new employee orientations.

We are looking for a self-sufficient and independent professional who can foster a culture of growth and development. If you have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, CPHR Designation, and 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, we want to hear from you.

On offer is a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 base plus bonus. At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
