Human Resources Senior Manager

At EightSix Network, we're seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Oversee HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with management to set business-aligned goals and provide performance feedback
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Design, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, and Development
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Bamboo HR and/or Gusto
  • Background in brands or the retail/apparel industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel
