Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KeAnu Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist - IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification.
  • Experience with Jira, iOS, Linux, Extranet, Intranet, Internet, Desktop applications, Word processing software, Programming software, MS Office, MS Windows, Oracle, SQL, SharePoint, Spreadsheet, Visual Basic, and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and data analysis.
