Position Overview:
Max Insurance is in search of a proactive and results-oriented Insurance Broker Support Coordinator to nurture and expand relationships within our established broker network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with brokers to promote Max Insurance as their preferred insurer for clients
- Conduct training sessions for brokers to enhance engagement with our partners
- Maintain ongoing relationships with our broker network through consistent communication, resource sharing, and effective issue resolution
- Utilize prior experience as a broker to anticipate and address the needs of our partners
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to provide insights and market intelligence regarding broker expectations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector, ideally as an insurance broker
- Strong networking abilities, with a proven track record of generating new broker relationships within a designated area
- Proven skills in influencing and negotiating with various stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
