Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Commercial Sales to join our team at Sterling Brokers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing a strong footprint across Canada for our Commercial Insurance Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the commercial insurance market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance carriers, brokers, and clients.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
Requirements:
- CAIB and/or RIBO license required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
