Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage the pipeline effectively.
- Support partners in legal negotiations regarding transaction documentation.
- Engage actively in portfolio management, collaborating with CEOs and CFOs while serving as a board observer.
- Establish a network with industry peers to drive business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is an advantage.
- Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience in an investment capacity.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
- Demonstrated commitment to hard work, including the willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
