Position Overview

Skyline Concrete Limited is seeking a dedicated **Concrete Finishing Specialist** to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and durability of concrete surfaces through meticulous finishing techniques.

Qualifications
  • **Education**: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • **Experience**: 1 to less than 7 months in concrete finishing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • Utilize power vibrators for effective concrete compaction.
  • Achieve the desired level and finish of top surface concrete according to specified grades and depths.
  • Apply finishing techniques to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Implement hardening and sealing processes to enhance surface durability.
  • Conduct waterproofing and damp proofing to protect surfaces.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace damaged or worn sections of concrete structures.
