Job Overview

BESTWAY CONCRETE CONTRACTORS is seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in concrete finishing with a focus on quality and precision.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing
Work Environment
  • Dusty conditions

  • Exposure to cold and refrigerated environments
  • Potentially dangerous situations
  • Hot and noisy outdoor settings
  • Wet and damp conditions

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete
  • Utilize power vibrators for effective concrete compaction
  • Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specifications
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other necessary fixtures
  • Apply hardening and sealing agents to cure surfaces
  • Waterproof and restore surfaces as needed
  • Repair and resurface worn or damaged concrete structures
