Digital Support Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Support Analyst to join our team at the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP) Group of Companies. As a key member of our Digital Solutions team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing digital solutions that meet the needs of our members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business problems to design effective digital solutions.
  • Manage project delivery, optimize systems for efficiency, and provide cost-benefit analysis to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Consult on digital tools and technologies to improve member experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and document digital project requirements, including workflow, user interface, and quality assurance.
  • Work with the Digital Team to coordinate the delivery of digital solutions using project management best practices.
Requirements
  • Five years' experience in process design and digital technology business solutions.
  • High level of organizational ability with project management experience being an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to use innovative and effective methods to analyze data and produce business solutions that meet process requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Experience working on multiple systems projects in parallel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience in the usage and administration of SharePoint.
  • Business intelligence experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile UX design, prototyping, and testing tools.
  • A university degree, college diploma, or certification in a related field with strong knowledge of best practices employed in digital solutions.
