Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Advance Pest Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
    • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and security services.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths
    • Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Support for Veterans
    • Participate in government or community programs that support veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Participate in government or community programs that support indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities.
