About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
