About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Les investissements Michel Deslauriers inc. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
  • Authorize Returns and Exchanges: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring that store policies are upheld and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional sales support to customers, promoting products and services to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Manage the day-to-day activities of sales associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, including processing sales, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of sales associates, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
