About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Les investissements Michel Deslauriers inc. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are working in the most effective way possible to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, ensuring that all sales are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage Cash: Manage cash, ensuring that all cash transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
