Director of Sales

**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic and influential Director of Sales to join our company and drive sales growth across Western Canada. As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, engaging with builders, contractors, installers, architects, designers, and distributors, and leading by example to inspire your team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the sales team in Canada, with a primary focus on driving growth in Western Canada
* Build and develop the sales team, and introduce sales processes to propel our company forward
* No micro-managing, we need a forward-thinking leader who can grow sales and positively influence a high-performing sales team

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in the Building Envelope Industry or related field
* Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the industry
* A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
* Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully expanding market presence and driving sales growth
* Previous experience working in a leadership role within the construction or building materials sector
