  • Financial Planning: Develop budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.

  • Order Summaries: Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
