Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Reitmans. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Implement merchandise strategies and visual merchandising
* Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

* At least 6 months of leadership and or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
* Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
* High School graduate or GED equivalent
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
