We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, including orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees across all branches, using a variety of methods, including classroom, online, and virtual training.
- Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Employee Development: Work with employees to identify their training needs and develop personalized development plans.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including HR, Operations, and IT, to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet their needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in an HR Training related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories, learning designs, and delivery; experience with training software and technology; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
