Job Title: Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

The Training Development Specialist will oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs for employees across all branches. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning theories, learning designs, and delivery methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial settings and a solid knowledge of OHS Legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement training programs based on employee needs and input from directors, branch managers, and executive team members.
  2. Prepare and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and online.
  3. Manage and maintain the company's training library, ensuring all staff have access to materials and resources.
  4. Stay up-to-date with health and safety standards and collaborate with the Director of HR as required.
  5. Coordinate and schedule health and safety training and conduct assessments to ensure employee competence.
  6. Log all training, upload certificates, and maintain records for continuity.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in an HR Training related field.
  2. 3+ Years experience with adult learners.
  3. Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories, learning designs, and delivery methods.
  4. Experience in industrial settings is an asset.
  5. Knowledge of OHS Legislation.
