About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at TrevEx Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend measures to enhance work methods and improve productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve product quality.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise workers and projects, and train or arrange for training as needed.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Dispatch bus drivers, monitor routes, and coordinate activities.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
    • Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in the trucking industry.
