Fleet Operations Coordinator

TrevEx Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
- Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
