Fleet Coordinator Job Description

TrevEx Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including dispatching bus drivers, monitoring routes, and coordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to track fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to enhance work methods and improve productivity and product quality.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and ensure fleet availability.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked fleet.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
