Fleet Coordinator Job Description

TrevEx Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend measures to enhance work methods and increase productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and suggest solutions to improve product quality.
  • Supervision: Oversee a team of 5-10 people and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience: 3 years of experience in the trucking industry.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own vehicle and have excellent knowledge of transportation and travel information.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure and have excellent physical capabilities.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
