Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized services to our owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide a specialized check-in experience, escort guests to their units, and offer full concierge services to guests by calling them prior to their arrival and during their stay.
  • Marketing and Sales: Books qualified prospects for vacation ownership presentations or alternate marketing options, collects deposits for vacation ownership presentations booked, and sells area activities for on-site guests.
  • Account Management: Maintains familiarity with all Company programs, systems, and resorts, and remains current on all area attractions and dining options.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Reports all negative guest experiences to the In-House Marketing Manager, participates in a weekly and monthly review of targeted penetration and budgeted Volume per Guest (VPG) with management, and adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
