Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead with Keys to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences, operating the cash register, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and employee break area.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Two years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
