Job Title: Worm Picker-Packer

United Bait Inc is seeking a skilled Worm Picker-Packer to join our team. As a Worm Picker-Packer, you will be responsible for harvesting worms from our farm, ensuring their quality and quantity meet our high standards.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to work in our worm farm. The successful candidate will have experience working with animals, be able to lift heavy loads, and have good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities:
  • Harvest worms from the farm, ensuring their quality and quantity meet our standards
  • Handle heavy loads, including worm containers and equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines
  • Collaborate with the farm team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience working with animals or in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
