Job Title: Worm Picker-Packer

United Bait Inc is seeking a skilled Worm Picker-Packer to join our team. As a Worm Picker-Packer, you will be responsible for harvesting worms from our farm, ensuring their quality and quantity meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest worms from our farm, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of the worms.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the farm's infrastructure and equipment.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Must be willing to work on-site, as remote work is not an option.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with exposure to wet/damp conditions, odors, dust, and heat.
  • Must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
