Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Worm Harvesting Specialist to join our team at United Bait Inc. As a Worm Harvesting Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvesting and processing of worms for our bait products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the harvesting of worms from our worm farm
  • Process and package worms for distribution
  • Monitor and maintain the health and quality of the worm population
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe working practices
Work Environment

As a Worm Harvesting Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be working outdoors in a rural area, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. animal husbandry, agriculture)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules and priorities
