The Role: Luxury Client Advisor - Contact Center

As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will be the voice of Tiffany & Co., providing unparalleled service to clients across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will build lasting relationships by understanding individual needs and exceeding expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that align with Tiffany's core brand values and integrity.
  • Provide outstanding service to resolve client inquiries effectively and empathetically.
  • Proactively recommend products and share your knowledge of the brand, its history, and craftsmanship.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and building rapport.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Tiffany's policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated language both verbally and in writing.
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury client service (retail, travel, hospitality) with a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & English, demonstrating high energy and passion.
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, handling phone, email, and live chat communications simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
