  • Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all times.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.
  • Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury client service and a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, high energy, and passion.
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, handling multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
