Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Rafat General Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:

34 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
