Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Gino's Pizza, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality food to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where you will be expected to work under pressure while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train team members on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
