At Quicker Foods Inc, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
