Kitchen Assistant

Seaside Grill Restaurant is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing food, and assisting with food service.
Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and kitchen standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Reliability and punctuality
The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
