We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Seaside Grill Restaurant.
Job SummaryThe Kitchen Helper will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
- Operate dishwashers and wash dishes by hand
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliability and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The position requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment and to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
