Your Role:

As a talented and dynamic Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for working effectively with Sales to deliver professional and compelling demonstrations of the Dynamics 365 F&O solution.

You will enjoy creating and telling a story that addresses the customers' key business pain points, leveraging your deep understanding of the Selling cycle to identify prospective business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team to collect and document prospects' business needs, developing a specific value proposition for each prospecting scenario.
  • Develop a winning story of why HSO and WHY Dynamics F&O, providing client guidance during product and services sales cycle.
  • Engage with the prospect to collect additional details to define implementation roadmap, solution blue printing, etc.
  • Prep for client demos, working with delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations in addition to price estimates.
  • Perform client demonstration of D365 F&O, explaining services and D365F&O based software/solution value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Perform a Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role in the analysis phase of a D365F&O implementation, offering oversight to delivery team throughout the implementation process.
