Are you a technical sales superstar with a passion for ServiceNow solutions?

Our client, a leading IT services provider in Canada, is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their growing team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and managing client relationships, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow solutions to empower organizations.

With a 40+ year history of helping businesses solve complex IT challenges, our client has established strategic partnerships with in-house IT experts. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and generating leads: Be the technical expert at client meetings, assisting with qualification and requirements gathering.
  • Building strong bonds with key accounts and developing client trust in their brand.
  • Driving sales and presentations: Own the technical aspects of proposals and proofs of concept, participating in the sales cycle to acquire new customers and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborating and coordinating: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.
  • Solving technical and business problems: Project intake and resource management: Participate in project intake meetings and help determine resources for a smooth handoff to the delivery team.


Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with both business and technical audiences.
  • Help build a new marketing and sales plan for the organization.
