We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kamloops, Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain office calendars with precision.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times, reflecting the company's professional image.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
