Job Summary:
Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, leading a dedicated team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage the guest experience, ensuring every guest who visits our theatre is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
- Assist with managing the theatre's budget and growing revenue through forecasting and implementing action projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and strengthen Cineplex as Canada's premier film exhibition company.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle objections.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
