About the Role

Paddy's O'Neil's is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Supervise staff to ensure seamless daily operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and drive sales.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
    • Manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop budgets.
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Work Environment

Paddy's O'Neil's is a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
