Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Operations Manager to join our team at Divinity Auto Service Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to ensure the smooth operation of our automotive repair shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

Our shop operates in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate must be able to work effectively in this setting. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a dynamic environment.
