We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new business
- Managing and servicing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other relevant software
