Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Eighty8 Alpha Automotive Inc. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

Our shop is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of vehicles and systems. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our customers.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.

Hours:

Our shop operates on a 32-hour workweek.
