Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Westcorp. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, managing our reception area, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephone and walk-in traffic at our reception area
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members and assist the leadership team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Act as executive assistant to CEO, organize calendar, agenda, and personal matters
  • Manage calendar for senior-level employees and schedule interviews with potential new employees and vendors
  • Organize training for members of our team
  • Code and reconcile credit card statements, pay invoices, and send reminders on receivables
  • Organize business meetings, including catering, clean up, and invitations
  • Use technology to upload payables and receivables into our system and reconcile corporate credit cards
  • Assist with all other day-to-day operations of the office
